What does that have to do with gender and sexism? The police are getting really mechanical. They never try to speak to the citizen, and if they come up to you, you don't get civil rights. Cops never try to communicate on a two way street, they don't even bother to ask questions. Cops think they're just there to give orders, and they cant talk. Ever notice that everyone who is in trouble with the cops anymore "resisted arrest"? That's because cops don't do anything but arrest people. They think each that they are the person of the law, and that's back to ideas from European Royalty, in which the king as a human is the law, and further all other royals noble people and natural subjects are related to the law in the same way that they are to that person.
Cops are just a bunch of anarchists, really. Each cop thinks that he or she is the person of the law, and if you're not a cop you don't get to speak and you have no rights. Cops are arrogant and tyrannical, and they don't listen to you. You cant talk to a cop, all a cop says is talk to the judge, and the judges are all lost in space, trying to preside over a debate between the prosecutor and the public defender. Civilians are being denied their rights, and cops are just occupying military dictators.
