10 And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people.
11 And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
10 We should be able to rejoice no matter what we go thru. The nations refer to the people who are not Jewish we are able to rejoice along side God’s people, the Jews. Christ broke they divide between Jew and Gentile and made a divide between those who received Him and those who rejected Him, the saved and the lost.
11 We all need to praise the Lord but only those who accept Him as Lord will sing and give Him true praise, everyone will give Him praise and see Him a Lord before judgment sadly for some they will know during judgment when it is to late. Praising the Lord is something we should keep doing as His followers.
