Galatians 5:6-8 King James Version (KJV)
6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

7 Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?

8 This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you.

Galatians 5:6-8 Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)

6 When we are united with the Messiah Yeshua, neither being circumcised nor being uncircumcised matters; what matters is trusting faithfulness expressing itself through love.

7 You were running the race well; who has stopped you from following the truth?8 Whatever means of persuasion he used was not from the One who calls you.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

6 Strength does not come from us following the law when Christ died He did away with the division between the Jews and Gentiles so for the to be circumcised served nothing because it is thru our faith in Him and the love that He has given for us to share with others that changes the world, Being circumcised did not change the world but showing Christ’s loves does.

7 Worrying solely on keeping the truth is a hindrance, we follow after the Lord and He will lead us thru the truth because He is the Truth. The world has their own views of what truth is this is just a hindrance to us. We are not to follow the views of what truth is but follow after Him who is the Truth.

8 The world wants to lead us away, the world was telling them that they would be better Christians if the converted to the Jewish ways for Christ, this is not what Christ wanted from them, He does not want us as something we are not but wants us as we are and thru our faith in Him He will make us into who He wants us to be.
