I think this partisan system of loading up the (any) court cannot reflect the will of the people. We live in polarized times and to suggest that a court that is currently made up of 16 liberals and 6 conservatives can effectively represent the will of the people is just plain nonsense.

There has to be a better way of appointing these judges ...?
