After his death on the cross, Jesus spent three days in the grave (Matthew 12:40). And then God raised His Son from the dead. (In 28:1-20 mentioned).
“By the Spirit of the Holy Spirit, by His resurrection from the dead was revealed to be the mighty Son of God, even Jesus (Romans 1:4).
Jesus' death was for us. He is also the resurrection!
As for you who have died for your sins and iniquities, these are the things that you of old learned to do, according to the custom of this world, to obey the ruler of the heavens... Fruits of the spirit wall art

But God is rich in mercy, because of the great love He brought to love us, so while we were dying for our sins, He made us alive with Christ. It was by grace that you were saved, and he raised us up together and seated us together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus” (Ephesians 2:1-6; Col 3:1-3).
  • To give you new life
“It was the Lord who saved us, who called us by a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own will, according to the grace that was given to us in Christ Jesus. Christ from all eternity, but now revealed by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who destroyed death, and brought forth the gospel to reveal life and immortality to the world clear” (2 Timothy 1:9, 10).
  • To give you a new birth
“Praise is to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who, in His great mercy, raised us up, that we might have a living hope through Christ Jesus, raised from the dead. ” (1 Peter 1:3).
  • To give you a fresh start
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
  • To give you victory over Satan
“Little children, your part is of God, who has overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world (satan) . . . for everything is from God. God overcomes the world and that victory over the world is our Faith. Who is the one who overcomes the world, isn't he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?" (John 4:4, 5:4, 5) also see Colossians 2:13:15.
  • To give you Authority over Satan
After His resurrection “…Jesus Christ, who had been ascended to heaven, is seated at the right hand of God, with all the angels and princes and powers being subject to him” (1 Pet. er 3:21, 22) also see Luke 10:17-19.
  • To give you Power over Satan
“I also pray…that the eyes of your hearts may be enlightened to know…how great is His limitless power, and how great is His power over us having faith, according to the supreme power of His power which He has shown us. born in Christ, raising Christ from the dead and making him sit at his right hand in the heavenly places, exalted above all authority, and power, and might, and monarch and name no in this life but also in the life to come. He brought all things under Christ's feet, and gave Christ to be the head of the church, which is the body of Christ, which is the fullness of Him who contains all in all." (Ephesians 1:18-23) also see Mark 16:15-18; Acts 1:8; 4:33.
  • To make you sons and heirs in the kingdom of God
“Actually, you did not receive my spirit in order to remain in fear; but have received the spirit of adoption, and by it, we cry: Abba, Father! It is the Holy Spirit who bears witness to our hearts that we are children of God. And if we are children, we are also heirs with Christ, provided we all suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him” (Romans 8:14-17).

The Lord's Resurrection Meets Life's Needs:
  • It is your deliverance from the past
The old sinful life died on the Cross with Jesus and was buried with Him in the grave. Then, when Jesus was resurrected, you too were raised with Him as a new creation leaving behind your old life in Jesus' tomb!
“Therefore we were buried with Him by baptism into death, that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too may live in newness of life… For if He is, dead is to die to sin once and for all; but now that He lives, that is to live for God. Consider yourselves therefore dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus” (6:4-11) also see Ephesians 2:1-7 and Colossians 2:12-15.
  • That is your strength in the present
Because Jesus is alive, we now receive the power of His Holy Spirit to live a life of victory over all of Satan's attacks against us.
“In that case, what shall we say? If God has just helped us, who is against us? He did not spare his own Son, but if he gave him up for us all, will he not also give us all things with him?
Who will sue God's elect? God is the One who justifies them. Who will condemn them? Jesus Christ, who died and rose again, is sitting at the right hand of God, praying for us.
Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Is it tribulation, distress, persecution, hunger, nakedness, danger, or sword?
“But in all these things we overcome many times over through Him who loves us…” (Romans 8:31-39).
