The Surrender of Western Civilization

Nothing to say really, … just watching it happen, no way out, can't go back, … happy my home is elsewhere …

Whatever. You can file share, but you don't know any history. Western Civilization hasn't surrendered, it has been betrayed by orientalists. If you were a little bit more civilly outgoing yourself and knew more about what's going on in the cities around you, you'd be more capable of being an engaged citizen and holding a proper adult conversation about the matter.

I'm sorry dear,

I was just trying to help you understand a complicated word, in a civilized manner …

Your task … read the definitions in the link, … read them to learn them, … do not “skim” read them.

Their meanings are not debatable.

When you absorb the meaning(s) and therefore the obligations, come back and then you tell me why Western Civilization is over…

Right now, along with many your age and younger, you are all 14's , “uncivilized” … and honestly, it's not entirely your fault. You are, after all, a product of what you have been taught, … and that my dear is the root of the problem as indicated by the title of the thread and the first post …

Honestly, I don't think you have it in you to even consider changing, but if you don't you are over in just a short time.

China and Russia will simply walk in and collect the broken pieces, with the help of their friends already here …

Same thing in Europe ...

civ & civil

These ROOT-WORDS are CIV & CIVIL which come from the Latin civis CITIZEN. That is what you must think of when you see CIV & CITIZEN:

No. 1, relating to a citizen; No. 2, science of citizenship, etc. Even the magnificent No. 11: what is it but training to be a good citizen, with all due rights and responsibilities? Please notice No. 3 and No. 8. They look very much alike, but they are not alike, No. 3 - principles of government; No. 8 - principles of citizenship.

1. Civic : Relating to a citizen; as, a civic duty

2. Civics : The science dealing with the rights and duties of the citizen

3. Civicism : Principles of civil government

4. Civil : Trained; refined; relating to citizens

5. Civilian : One who is not in the armed forces but in a common society

6. Civility : Quality of being civilized; the manner of a civil person; politeness

7. Civilize : To bring up from barbarism; to train to live with others

8. Civism : Principles of citizenship

9. Civvy : A Civilian

10. Civies : Civilian clothes as opposed to military dress

11. Civilization : The cultural development of man; the process of developing from barbarism

12. Civilizational : Relating to civilization

13. Civilizatory : Contributing to civilization

14. Uncivil : Rude; untrained; disregarding the duties of citizenship

15. Uncivilized : Lacking the values of civilization

16. Decivilize : Make to act like a barbarian

Romans 13:1-14

1
Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to [execute] wrath upon him that doeth evil.

5 Wherefore [ye] must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.

7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute [is due]; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.

8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if [there be] any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love [is] the fulfilling of the law.

11 And that, knowing the time, that now [it is] high time to awake out of sleep: for now [is] our salvation nearer than when we believed.

12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to [fulfil] the lusts [thereof].

Judges 10:6,7

6
And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the LORD, and served Baalim, and Ashtaroth, and the gods of Syria, and the gods of Zidon, and the gods of Moab, and the gods of the children of Ammon, and the gods of the Philistines, and forsook the LORD, and served not him.

7 And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he sold them into the hands of the Philistines, and into the hands of the children of Ammon.
