It was prophesied in the OT that the messiah would reign over his people Israel on the earth (Zech.14).

The kind of king he will be is dependent on the kind of person he is so Isaiah gives four characteristics:

1, “Wonderful Counselor” – a king with great wisdom
2. “Mighty God” – a king with divine power
3. “Everlasting Father” – a king who acts like a father to his people
4. “Prince of Peace” – a king who brings peace

Outside of Jerusalem we do not know if animals will be peaceful.

The earth will be healed to some extent. We don't know how much or by whom.

We have no idea which nations will survive. But we do know there will still be politics and problem nations.

There still will be those who refuse to accept Jesus as Lord.

When Satan is released from the pit, he will again gather armies and attack Jerusalem.

God will say enough and destroy the earth.

But first there will be another thief in the night and the remaining Saints on the earth will be raptured.

God has made everyone without excuse for not accepting him.

He did different creations, all of which had sin and rebellion.

He by and large but humanity run itself, then established mosaic law, then the church and in the future law again with him fully visible to the world in his rule.

But even with all that people still rebuild.

But those before him at the White throne judgment will have no excuse and be able to say what if.
