Galatians 6:7-8King James Version (KJV)
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

7 Don’t delude yourselves: no one makes a fool of God! A person reaps what he sows.8 Those who keep sowing in the field of their old nature, in order to meet its demands, will eventually reap ruin; but those who keep sowing in the field of the Spirit will reap from the Spirit everlasting life.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
7 This is one of the tools of Satan to convince us that we are good when we are fallen. When we are deceived we can not see what He wants of us or how we are to draw close to Him, deception effects our walk. This is not saying people don’t mock God because this happens but is saying that the Words He spoke never go against what happens. This is not talking about farming but using it as example, farmers don’t grow corn and reap wheat we as Christians are to sow the fruit of the Spirit that way He reaps this fruit from the earth and brings men out of the world and to the Lord. This also saying we will answer for what we do, which is a reason for us to praise the Lord as Christians because we have been forgiven by grace.
8 You can not live by the flesh and be righteous walking in the flesh creates distance between them and the Lord. To many times people try to live for them and think that they are righteous, this not true self can never make us righteous it is only by Christ that this happens. When we serve thru the Spirit then the Spirit will reap for us and thru us and gives us a life that does not end when we die.
