God is the one who holds peace not man we can not find peace in anything this world has to offer money and power both fade away as well as everything else both the rich and poor will stand in judgment before Christ without a peace, He is our peace and when we receive Him it does not mean all our troubles will be gone but means we have the One who is bigger than any trouble we could ever have.
