Romans 14:22-23
KJV(i) 22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth. 23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

Romans 14:22-23Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)

22 The belief you hold about such things, keep between yourself and God. Happy the person who is free of self-condemnation when he approves of something! 23 But the doubter comes under condemnation if he eats, because his action is not based on trust. And anything not based on trust is a sin.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.

22 There is but One, we can have true faith in. Our faith is between us and God this is not saying we should not share it but others do not effect our faith if we do not have Him. If we are a deacon, Sunday school teacher even a pastor or related to them it means nothing if we do not have faith in Him. If we do not have faith in Him we have nothing.

23 We should live by what God puts on our hearts if God does not want us to eat things that are unclean then for us to do so is sin. There are certain personally convictions He gives us and while those without these conviction can do this without sinning if we have this personally conviction then it is sin. If things do not aid us in our walk with God they can be sin, if anything we do does not honor God then it is sin.
