Galatians 4:4-5 King James Version (KJV)
4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

4 but when the appointed time arrived, God sent forth his Son. He was born from a woman, born into a culture in which legalistic perversion of the Torah was the norm, 5 so that he might redeem those in subjection to this legalism and thus enable us to be made God’s sons.

4 When the time was right Jesus came, people most likely had been looking for the Messiah prior because they thought John was the Messiah but he only came to lead the way for the Lord’s coming. Jesus was born of a woman thru the virgin birth, God became in the likeness of man and He fulfilled the law, He completed the law because none of us could or can.
5 Thru the law we are found guilty of the payment of judgment due to our debt of sin, thru Christ’s death that debt has been paid. We are now able to become children of God by become siblings to Jesus by our faith. We no longer live for the keeping of the law but live for our Lord Jesus.
