Galatians 4:25 King James Version (KJV)
25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
Paul compares Hagar and Sarah to the law and grace. Hagar bore Abraham a son just as Sarah did but Hagar having the son for Abraham did not make it the promised child. As long we are focusing only on keeping the law then we may not see we need grace but if we see our sins because of the law we then no there is nothing more we need than grace because we are guilty by the law. Paul compares following the law as being slaves to it and how grace makes us free. We are freed from the bondage of the law thru His grace. We are no longer slaves to the law be are not children to the Father.
