Galatians 3:19-20 King James Version (KJV)
19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.

19 So then, why the legal part of the Torah? It was added in order to create transgressions, until the coming of the seed about whom the promise had been made. Moreover, it was handed down through angels and a mediator. 20 Now a mediator implies more than one, but God is one.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
19 The law shows we are sinners it shows we fall short of what God expects us. Christ is the Seed that was promised to us right after the fall. Christ came for the sinners, we are all sinners but only those who receive Him can have forgiveness. Nothing was going to stop Christ from dying for us; He is our Mediator and stands in our place before the Father because alone we can not due to our sin.
20 Jesus stands in for all those who come to Him defending us and claiming us as His. There is only one God and for our sakes He died for us.
