Galatians 3:19-20 King James Version (KJV)
19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.

19 So then, why the legal part of the Torah? It was added in order to create transgressions, until the coming of the seed about whom the promise had been made. Moreover, it was handed down through angels and a mediator. 20 Now a mediator implies more than one, but God is one.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
19 The law was given to show that we are sinful and fail to be righteous; it shows that we needed Christ to come. Christ is the only one who ever kept the entire law. Christ was the fulfillment to the law. He kept the law because we could not. The law shows our need for Christ.
20 Christ is there for all of us and He is God. God is does not have to be there for just one of us, He can handle more than one problem at a time, He can handle all our problems. We needed Christ to stand on our behalf before the Lord because if we stand without Him we stand as sinners before God but with Christ our sins our covered by His blood to where we are made righteous by Him.
